These terms apply to Beat Video Studio, a Windows desktop tool maintained by dazeful. Using the application means accepting these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Your accounts and content

Connect only accounts and channels you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for having the rights needed to use and publish your audio, artwork, projects and videos, and for the accuracy of titles, descriptions and scheduled publication settings.

Publishing and automation

Review the selected account, files and publication settings before starting an operation or enabling a schedule. A publishing plan may run according to the settings you enable. The application cannot guarantee platform availability, uninterrupted publication, link recovery, account eligibility or a particular publication time.

Third-party platforms

YouTube, Google, BeatStars and other connected services have their own terms, privacy policies, quotas and account restrictions. You must comply with the rules of the services you use. Beat Video Studio is not a Google, YouTube, BeatStars or Image-Line product and is not endorsed by those companies.

Availability and responsibility

The application is provided as available, without a promise that all operations will succeed or be free of errors. Keep backups of important files and review publication results. These terms do not limit rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Access and changes

You may stop using the application and revoke its Google authorization at any time. Features and these terms may change; updated terms will be posted here with a revised date.
